Andrew Kienle is a partner and a member of Hart, King & Coldren's litigation department. Mr. Kienle represents clients involved in complex business, real estate, and employment matters in state and federal court. Mr. Kienle has extensive experience representing his clients in litigation, as well as arbitration and mediation.

Prior to his association with the firm, Mr. Kienle represented nationwide financial institutions in lender/borrower disputes and real estate developers in large-scale construction disputes.

Mr. Kienle has been very successful in representing restaurant clients in numerous litigation matters.

He has achieved the following results for clients:

  • Judgment after bench trial and appeal in favor of client in real estate transaction dispute resulting in conveyance to client of real property worth significantly more than purchase price.
  • Obtained $650,000 Superior Court judgment for private Christian school in action against general contractor on school construction project
  • Secured dismissal for a large grocery store chain at very early stage of the case without payment of any monies
  • Settled a case dispute on behalf of a large grocery store chain which resulted in recovery of full value of clients claim, plus attorneys' fees
  • Settled a real estate transaction dispute resulting in conveyance to clients of real property worth 175% more than purchase price
