• Obtained a judgment at trial in a breach of lease action in excess of $600,000 (including unpaid rent, costs of repair and attorneys' fees) against a former tenant.

• Obtained a settlement in excess of $1.2-million on behalf of the tenant in an eminent domain action in which a condemning agency initially offered zero dollars for the tenant's interest in the condemned property.
