Irene L. Kiet practices in the area of civil litigation, focusing in real estate, business and intellectual property.  She is a member of the litigation practice and intellectual property group and is involved in a variety of related areas such as landlord-tenant, trust and trademark law.  
 
In Ms. Kiet's practice, she has successfully prosecuted over a hundred of unlawful detainer trials in favor of property owners, enforced  money judgments and obtained temporary restraining orders concerning landlord and tenant disputes . 
 
She has also been instrumental in the dismissal of a trustee's petition for delayed income which sought over half of million dollars from the trust, the publication of a Court of Appeal decision concerning a beneficiary's right to trust accounting affirming the trial court's decision in client's favor and successfully recovering the entire attorneys' fees and costs on appeal and  successfully opposed a motion to expunge lis pendens regarding a claim of trespass on an easement.   While attending law school, Ms. Kiet was a member of the Loyola Los Angeles International Comparative Law Review and served as an extern for the Family Law Facilitator at the Orange County Superior Court Lamoreaux Justice Center.
