John H. Pentecost has been a member of the law firm of Hart, King & Coldren since 1988. He has litigated hundreds of trials including numerous commercial and mobile home park tenant evictions. In the manufactured housing field, Mr. Pentecost has extensive involvement in defending class actions ranging from lease dispute issues to State and Federal discrimination issues and failure to maintain lawsuits. He has also assisted his clients in subdivision conversions and park closures, and ground lease negotiations and litigation. In addition, Mr. Pentecost is experienced in homeowners association law (HOA's) and assisting real estate brokers relative to commission and liability issues.
