Karen L. Crouch is a
Franchise
and Real Estate Specialist in the firm's transactional department.
Ms. Crouch has extensive experience in the area of franchise
disclosure, registration and transactions, as well as purchase and
sales of small businesses and real estate transactions.
Before joining HK&C, Ms. Crouch held several key positions with
Diedrich Coffee Inc., including Director of Franchise and Lease
Administration and Manager of Franchise Administration. During this
time, she was responsible for franchise and real estate transactions
for the Diedrich Coffee, Gloria Jean’s Coffees, and Coffee People
brands.
Prior to her work with Diedrich Coffee, Ms. Crouch held several
positions with El Pollo Loco, Inc. including Franchise Development
Administrator.
