real estate law and business litigation. Ms. Nichols
graduated from the University of California, Riverside with
a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Cooperative Major in
History/Law & Society in 1999. She then attended Chapman
University School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor
with an emphasis in land use regulation, real estate
transactions, and environmental law in 2003.
