Robert S. Coldren is a founding partner of the law firm of Hart, King & Coldren. Mr. Coldren is an experienced, AV rated trial attorney. He represents his clients in a broad range of business, commercial and real estate issues, including breach of contract, lessor/lessee disputes, homeowners association law (HOA's), manufactured housing, and R.V.'s, trade secrets and unfair competition, and brokerage issues. Mr. Coldren represents companies from a diverse range of industries, including major real property owners and managers, retail chains, restaurants, dealers and distributors, commercial credit companies, and corporate, partnership, and LLC interests. Mr. Coldren enjoys a special reputation in the area of property rights, land use, and regulatory "taking" issues.
